Notice Empty message body

I have been setting up a custom message to be sent on registration. I have used both the on screen message custom message template and the redirect link and in each case I am getting an error - Notice- Empty Body Message as shown on the attached. I have checked all the information filled in and cannot identify what the problem is.

Could you share the correct URL to access backend of your site? I tried with .../administrator but it always redirects to homepage on frontend.

Could you tell me where did you add that custom message? as I don't see it in backend of your site.

Initially I added a custom email in Custom Event Message Set Up on the "messages page" of - Caribbean Regional Climate Conference https://caribclimate.touchstoneticketing.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_dtregister&controller=event&task=edit&cid[]=7. I have attached a screen shot of the page and the custom message. The re-direct link for the article that now shows on that thank you page is https://caribclimate.touchstoneticketing.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=24?tmpl=component

When I did a test registration I got the empty message response I originally sent. I then tried changing it to the redirect link to an article to see if the message would go away but it didnt. It still comes up when I do a registration.

I have looked at the set up and cannot identify what I may have done wrong to get this message.

The site is due to be launched tomorrow and so I would really like to get that error message removed.

ok the new version was installed. The message is however still there when I do a registration.
