Change Health Guide base colors

Hi,
I am finding difficult to change the bottom module colors of the Health Guide Template from grey to something else? Can you advise me on where these colors can be changed please?

That worked perfectly for the bottom area. I'd also like to change the area behind the Breadcrumbs, Custom 7 and Bottom Row 3 area at the end of the template, I'd be very grateful if you could give me the code for these or just advise me on what that area is called.

I figured out a way around the background color for the Bottom Row 3 area but I still cannot locate the code to change custom 7... I tried something similar to your previous examples but I'm obviously not getting the class name correct. Could you tell me what the correct name is please.

I can not see any custom 7 block on the homepage. kindly share the screenshot of the area you want to change colors.
Please note : standard color will be change via template style options.

Thanks for getting back to me. I had a look in the template.css and I found what I was looking for it was:
#s5_pos_custom_7{
background: #298B39;
color: #FFFFFF;}
I then found the wrapper for that and changed it in the css file so all is how I wanted it now.
