You should edit the Fields in the first post to share the info there, pls don't add into your reply as it's in public.
For the image, could you check your original image? could you tell me the path of that image? it looks like the size of image is quite small like 600 while the width of that part in K2 item is around 1200px so it will be resized and not look nice. When you click to open, it shows the original size so it looks better.
