Modify Avatar Issues

This is part 2 (ref; cannot change avatar without cleaning orphans)

We determined that when changing/modifying an avatar my site recieved a 502 error. This was resolved by the host. Now I am recieving a 500 error.

Is this perhaps due to the Socialize template using the T3 framework?

I have all JS cache options on server side, and from within Joomla off.

This is not template error Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
Its from server, i checked the package with template in new install and there is no issue. It appears your server has restrictions to load the website.
You can see here same template and JomSocial there is no server error http://js-main.demo.jomsocial.com/
You need ask the host again to allow this.
