Articles and Page titles

I am changing the names of articles in the JA Fit template, but they keep their original URL names from the template and not sure how to change them.

I changed it to "full-marathon" in the article, and hoped it would come upo as https://imageworx.org/QCR2/index.php/full-marathon but it still comes up as "yoga-pilates-detail"

I erased the alias in the article file and had it default to full-marathon, but it still comes up as https://imageworx.org/QCR2/index.php/yoga-pilates-detail

Same with https://imageworx.org/QCR2/index.php/body-pump that I want to come up as "half-marathon"

Any suggestion on how to change these so the URL comes up as the article title?

Solved it!

These were menu items for Classes menu, which I adjusted.
