Conflict scroll up with EasySocial Toolbar

Hello,
I set EasySocial Toolbar in position Menu under Section Title Masthead and I set it to sticky at top.
I have problem when I view it with mobile device.

When I scroll my website go down on mobile and then I click on EasySocial Toolbar and close it back. I note the scroll will auto go to up. It is a problem.?

On mobile view, Easysocial already overrides this menu for mobile, you should contact stackideas support for this question.
