Whenever we try to 'index all' filters created, we are shown an error:
Unable to open cron url: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

we just checked and the certificate is active, we were expecting to see the CRON job updating the data but it has only worked by visiting 'manually' the cron url, so far..

anyway, the big issue now is that we cannot update the filter... so, can you please help us troubleshoot or advice as to how to check this issue?

Many thanks in advance,

Hi, unfortunately not since it's a panel that manages this and other systems, but we just checked and the CRON is executing (it's configured hourly and last file update was at 11.00 --now it's 11.49 here--), but the manual indexing keeps showing the same error: 0 Unable to open cron url: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate.

    Many thanks,

This issue relates to the SSL certificate on your server side, kindly check with your hosting provider for this SSL.

You can make a test by disabling this SSL and test the cron job and see how it goes.
