K2 to content fails, but cannot determine why

I have been trying to use this plugin to move around 2400 items from K2 to Joomla Article manager.

Early on, I had a blank tag, and was able to fix that, and it appears that the categories have moved over. However, it's going no where with the content. The first time through, I got a blank popup to which the following was added. (This is with error messages turned on.)

Not sure where to go from here.

Hi nutmeg

It means that it reached the limitation of memory allowed in your server side, if you don't have right to change this value, you can contact your hosting provider for help to increate memory_limit PHP value. Maybe: memory_limit = 256M or higher (if possible).
