Template Insallation same as in demo

Hello,

I have an account on Joomlart for years and I have installed many times a lot of templates from Joomlart and many other templates from other companies.

I have some issue when I install the template Ja Directory.

I do follow the instruction step by step I did install and reinstall more then 10 Times but still I receive the same results.

The template that is in demo is not the same as I install it.

I did try to install the extentions and other zip files that come with the template but still no luck.

There is no error on during installation or after installation.

Does anyone have time to do the installation for me or to do it together.

I did delete all the older files and sql databases.

I have uploaded a fresh new files of template for installation and created a new database.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Can you put the installed domain URL and a temp super user login in Edit fields option in the first post.
So i can check what its wrong on installed package on your site.
The quickstart installation will contain the sample site data except 3rd party extensions/ Commercial extensions like JA K2 filter that need to be purchased separately with extension membership and configured with help of documentation.

I did purchase an account from Joomlart and I did download all the files of the ja directory and installed all the components and modules.

I did update the admin user and pwd with the link of our web-page as you asked in the fields can you please check it now.

That is the admin pwd do you also need FTP account can I share it private to you.

n0tird It doesn't show the language option top left that it shows in demo in my template it doesn't show. The module that is SEARCH now with category and location is not showing in my site.

The Search is JA K2 and category also part of this extension you have to install it and configure with help of this doc : https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-directory

None of the templates that has 3rd party or commercial extension does not included in quickstarts as it need separate purchases. About the Multi language this need to be configured Here is documentation for this : https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Setup_a_Multilingual_Site
It needs to create each content item, category , module, menu item and template style, this is why it not in quicks install of any template as users has to make his own data for multilaguage depends on what language they will choose.

To configure the global settings of K2, go to: Components > K2 then hit the "Parameters" button on the top right corner. In JA Directory template, we use default settings so we will not provide the setting screenshot.

I can't find Parameters on the Components K2 I did search now for more then 30 mins. Can you post a screenshot where please thank you

If you installed K2 on site by default it has default settings.

I did found it and configured as it should be but it is not yet showing up.

Is it possible you could fix it for me please You have the admin options and I will do a donation for some beers on your link if that's is allowed or have a private converstation and help me fix this problem.

I know joomlart offers template demo installation but that cost for me is to high but some beers would be more then ok. I can even donate 10$ of btc to you if you can help me fix my problems. I'm sorry maybe I'm not allowed to mention these things here since i'm new on this forum even I use joomlart for years.

I am sorry it's not possible to done installation without official request. Also Quickstart installation will be same since you have ony Template membership. You have to subscribe for JA extension Membership to get JA k2 filter and after that you can configure it with steps given in the documentation to get same out put. Or request Quickstart installation setup from Your account addon tab order for Quickstart setup.
