Hi there,

I'm finding an issue with the Buildr template where it often "forgets" the layout settings and I need to restore from backup. I've attached a screenshot to show the Design tab is empty of all the contents.

If I try and re-load my saved layout via 'select saved settings to apply' and then hit 'LOAD SAVED SETTINGS' , nothing happens?

I suspect by the time you answer this ticket I'll have to have restored the site from backup to get it running again, so it's difficult to show you in real time.

I'm running J 3.9.26 on PHP 7.3.23, MySQL 5.6.51 and the template version is 1.4.1

Any ideas what might be causing this? This is the 3rd time it's happened, each on a different site.

Am I right in thinking you're no longer updating any of the JB templates? It's been over 2 years since Buildr was updated so time to move on right?

    Could you try with my suggestion in that topic by copying the JSON files from backup site?

    About the PHP notices, it may due to the PHP version your site is running with, which PHP version are you using?

    Kindly share the admin account so I can check.

      Sorry I needed to get the site backup and running so I've restored from backup. However all the "old" files are still on the server. I can send the cPanel login if that helps?

      I was running PHP 7.3.23 and downgraded to 7.2.34 but neither worked.

        When the issue of blank settings is back, you can tell me so I can check.

        About the PHP notices, you can share the admin + ftp account of your site and tell me the URL of page where I can see these notices, I will check for you.

          Ok, although it's strange this only happened after I did the K2 > com_content migration?
