I want to put a command in the body tag, but I can't find the file I need to modify. Can you help someone?

The body tag is defined in the T4 core
/plugins/system/t4/themes/base/html/layouts/t4/index.php

You can override it in the template as
/templates/t4_blank/html/layouts/t4/index.php
