No records are being created! We are getting payments but no information. I have not changed anything!

Has this been tested in using mobile to register or most browsers? I can't figure out what else it could be.

Since your test no records have been created! Yet I've had 8 new registrants.... This is going to kill my event as I need the specific information to plan vendor spaces etc....

Could you try with 'Paypal Express' payment option?
Because the Paypal option is pretty old but PP has not updated it yet for the new web standard.
