The quickstart has a 'News Carousel' in a position called "feature-1". This postion does not exist in the default template. How do I create it? How was that position created?

Yes, I attached a screenshot of what I am referring to. Don't execute on the live site I just want to know what was done to get that 'feature-1' position. I don't think it's a default position on the template.
arimakidd Hi Its Grid 3 section. No position with same name in template. You can see the present position in template options > layout tab.
