unexpected 302 redirect

Hello,
We are using GK Fit, and when trying to open the cookies popup the link https://midesign.gr/index.php?option=com_gdpr&task=user.getCookieCategoryDescription&format=raw&lang=en&gdpr_cookie_category=1&fancybox=true returns 302 redirect to error page. We have checked htaccess and installed components/plugins, and they are as they should be. Any ideas on fixing this?

If you click on Necessary or Statistics, the popup shows error page instead of the cookies list, because it redirects. You need to scroll down to see the popup.

I just made a test by assigning Protostar template - a standard template of Joomla - to 'Contact' menu item >> click Necessary and the same error appears in the popup.

Something wrong with this cookies extension on your site, you should contact its provider for help.

Hello saguaros , just to let you know, in case someone has a similar issue, it was the fault of the Google Analytics Plugin (5.0.1). We disabled it and things work fine.
