Installation Freezing

When attempting to install JomSocial the installation freezes at the step "Add Custom Field"

This occurs every attempt to install, we have all requirements verified to install are verified, and all checks on the "welcome" page when starting install show green.

How do we find out what is causing the installer to stop at the same spot every time?

I tried both the login for PHPmyadmin but its access blocked http://prntscr.com/13ko0hb
Can you check and fix.
Also kindly update about the server side blocking from host as it must be allowed to install JS.
403 error is forbidden access during installation of DB.

Hello, we have been unable to find anything blocking from logging in. We tested and believe that may have been a temporary issue. Can you please try again, and perhaps refresh if you have the error? We did experience your issue once but hitting refresh resolved, and then were never able to recreate again. There are no other versions of jomsocial previously installed, and nothing in the database for jomsocial previously. Fresh installation. Let me know if any issues.

There is issue in the Database table during install. I tried to remove the DB table with name com_community but my access again blocked by your server http://prntscr.com/13jfout
Kindly open PHPmyadmin > delete all table with name _community
and download latest version of Jomsocial and install it.

Hello, I have already deleted all tables with "community" several times, and tried to reinstall with the latest version, but always have the same problem. After attempting to install, all new "community" tables are created but the installation still fails in the same place. We have deleted these new tables and tried reinstalling again but no success.

Can you edit fields in first post and submit the PHPMYadmin login for staff.
+ ask the hosting provide to disable mo security as there is from server that not allow the install to complete on installing DB see here : http://prntscr.com/13jg8o3 this error i got forbidden.
