Ja Content Listing and Ja Social Feed

Hi,
When JA Content Listing pool content from articles created with Ja Social Feed (RSS) it seems it's impossible to show images in Layout Settings Modal. Images are visible when opening single article.
Is this something that could be fixed in the module or in the plugin?

The layout settings modal will show the thumbnails of available layout in module, I don't think it relates to the image of article.

Could you share admin login info of your site and screenshot highlighting the issue?

Hi, I've updated the fields. Ja Content Listing is the last module named joomlart.
Module is working fine except it doesn't show thumbnails when content is pulled from articles created with JA Social Feed.

JA Content Listing module retrieves intro image of each article to show on frontend.

But on your site, there is no image set as intro image :

That's why you don't see any thumbnail on frontend now.

I will report to the team if there can be option to select image inside article or not. At this moment, you need to add images into "Images and Links' tab of article.

Hi.
This is the problem I'm trying to explain. When articles are imported from other site via JA Social Plugin they can't be displayed with thumbnails on JA Content Listing.
I guess it is JA Social "fault".
Attached is the same article setting on origin webpage. As you can see, article has intro and full article settings populated.

I think an option in JA Content Listing to load intro image / fulltext image or first image in article will be more flexible.

Let's wait for the decision from the team.

Hi Saguaros,
Even with latest JA Content Listing Module update, I'm still having issues with thumbnail images from content created via JA Social Feed.
Please check the link, there you can find 3 modules with the same settings except for the image source. Module headings are named accordingly.
Pay attention at first module, thumbnail image source link goes like: www.mypage.com/www.rsssourcepage.com/image.jpg (paths are concatenated)
