JA Beauty is a premium Joomla template and need active JA template membership for support and updates. If have different account with membership kindly repost the topic with that on JA Beauty forum Tag.

Ah really.. I paid for the membership at the time of download. It has since expired. Surely if it's a fault with the template, you are allowed to assist.
rudebhoy9 Sorry as per support policy user must have an active membership to get support and download access. As a tip you can try to disable 3rd party extension or script to check the conflict, But you must have active plan for support.
