I need a way to put my WWeb 'Noticeboard' component in a module. That one or Easybook Guestbook Component. I am using the 'OnePage' layout which means the notice board has to be in one of the 'OnePage' module positions. I tried using an 'iframe' on a 'Custom HTML' module but things didn't work out. Can you help?

Right now it's showing to the bottom but the entire site is showing. I only want the 'guest' book to show.

At the very bottom I'm using a Component in a module plugin that uses the code in a 'Custom html module'

{component url="index.php?option=com_wwebnoticeboard&view=messages"}

to put a component in a module. It works and displays really well at the very bottom except the big pink div that says "Error no active menu". And if you try to add another command you move to the wrong page. I need help to put the wwebnoticeboard component in a module. Help!

    Hi arimakidd

    Please try to show that custom HTML module in Protostar template and see how it looks. This makes sure that it works well with default Joomla template first as to be honest, I've never used this component before.

    Regards

    Something really strange is happening and it may have an impact on why the module is not working. Protostar is not showing my 'MainMenu'. How come? I've placed it in position 3 and it doesn't show at all. How come? The wwebboard component is showing but you get the same 'no active menu' error message. Why is protostar 'not showing' in position 3?

      I tried to duplicate the module in position-7 to show in 'position-3' and it worked. I temporarily disabled it now, you can enable and see it.

      For the error message:

      Error

      No active menu item

      It relates to 'WWeb noticeboard' component, as I can see that they force you to show this module in a menu item type of this noticeboard component.

      For example, I just tried to assign module in 'position-7' to this page: https://www.knoxttdot.com/marsha/index.php/noticeboard and the error message is gone.

      Regards

      Okay. All I need to do now is hide the huge 'Home' title, 'Copyright Marsha', 'Back to top' and the bread crumbs. I'll be a happy camper. How can I hide those three things? What I want to be hidden is all underlined in 'red' in the screenshot.

      I got rid of 'Home'. I need help hiding the rest.

      @saguaros Your feedback has put me on the right path. I thank you very very much. I was able to hid all I wanted using CSS. I think this will suffice for now.
