Joomla Installer is Blank

I have uploaded the quickstart for the UBER template. The home page says to go to joomla installer and select an option it is blank. It is the same issue I am having but there was no resolution. Please advise.

I tried to install Quickstart package of Uber but still see the list of package there. Maybe something wrong with your installation.
