Customtize Form Field Layouts

I am trying to change the layout of the registration form from Layout #1 to Layout #2 (see image.) Running DT Register 4.28

I assume this is a simple change, but cannot find it addressed in the documentation.

There is a minor issue for overriding the fields in DT Register, pls follow these steps to override it:

3 - Copy this file: [root]\layouts\joomla\form\renderfield.php

Paste into: [root]\components\com_dtregister\templates\default\layouts\form\joomla\form\renderfield.php

And customize this file as you wish.
