File: :read: Unable to open file

I am using GK app qiuckstart, I get the following warning on the home page:

JFile: :read: Unable to open file: /var/www/html/code.ionicframework.com/ionicons/2.0.1/css/ionicons.min.css

I am also I'm missing the menu icon.

How can I resolve this?

It may due incorrect URL of the file, could you share the URL + admin account of your site? I will check for you.
