You can use JAEM to update via Joomla. Take backup of custom changes before updates.

Ninja I disabled the javasctipt from the social menu (it is from module maximenu CK). After that even though I enable the sticky header, it doesn't work.
If the problem is of conflict between template and my social module, could you suggest any other method to display social headers similarly on the website?

Ninja I am confused.... I want sticky menubar as well as back to top button... If I enable sticky header, back to top doesn't work.
How will I achieve both of them to work?

Ninja Thank you for the same.
For now I have found a way to implement social menu as menu items only.
Now another strange thing happened. When I set sticky setting to this row as none (https://prnt.sc/15022dk ), menubar is becoming sticky and contents of the below row are going behind 1st row.
( see here https://prnt.sc/1502q62, blog header is gone behind)
I am confused, why it is happening... Yesterday this problem was not there.

And wierd thing is, When I set sticky setting to sticky top, menubar stops acting sticky.

Did you changed something on site as back to top button issue was fix with fixed header now all changes are removed?
The menu is sticky again now, no need to set it via layout, check frontend and its sticky to top so there is no conflict.

Yes, I changed setting from layout earlier.
Now I see again sticky header, however, could you please have a look on blogs page and one of the blogs in it? contents of the top is getting hidden behind menubar.
