apply dark mode in my platform !

Hello,

I would like to apply the dark mode in my platform as a button in order to make the site soft for reading at night. For that I would like to work on the 'Grayish blue' theme of the template because it matches the desired color in the band at the top so I just have to work on the background color. So I would like to know if the button that I'm going to put in the band at the top and that allows to call the theme "Grayish blue" must be in module form or is there some other method to do ?

This would be a complicated task, here are some steps that can help:

1 - That button will act like a switcher which will generate a class for Dark/Light mode respectively.

2 - Based on generated class, you will need to customize style for Dark mode

This will take time, I recommend you to hire a developer to get it done for you.

it is very well understood. at its simplest we can do as in the demo of the template or we have a menu that displays the different themes ?

It relates to the 'Themes' of template which can be set in template settings:

You can set this theme to a template style of JA Intranet and assign to pages you wish. But here is the point, you can't assign 2 template styles to the same page so that you can switch.
