I change the template and all error gone.

About this part do you have this issue with default Joomla template too? It's enable by default for all views in Jomsocial. May not working due to conflict from your current template. Let me know if it's same with protostar.

You cannot post in the group, not even with a standard Joomla template. The field for posting is missing
