No correct upgrade message opening backend.

When I go to the backend it display a template upgrade from CityGuide rel 1.0.3 to 1.0.4 but if I see from JA ESXTENSION MANAGER I see now template is correct 1.0.4... How to correct upgrade display at beginning with no-correct message?!
