Mega filtre : Unable to create a filtrer

After installing Mega Filter component and module, I cannot create a filter.

Do you have an idea why?

I'm using Joomshaper helix framework + SP Joomshaper SP page builder.
But I have already used JA Mega filter with this template and works fine.
I don't know why on this.

I have edited first post with credentials to access the website.

I can access backend of your site now and see that the plugin of JA Megafilter was not installed.

You need to download the plugin you want to use with filter: content / k2 / virtuemart / etc... https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-extensions/ja-megafilter

Then when you create new filter, the associated type: content / k2 / virtuemart /... will appear in the dropdown list

P/s: Your 'JA Pro' subscription will not have access to download section of JA Megafilter component, I just installed plugin for com_content so you can see. You should renew Developer subscription to get full access to both JA's extensions & templates.
