Modules disappeared

Hi,
Some modules disappeared in the home page, when no changes have been done. Footer is gone for example and it's published.

Any idea?

I could be error from json layout file on your site.
Kindly edit fields in first post and submit temp super user login with FTP details.
Let me know the Module ID that are not showing.

Ninja Please find attached the credentials to log in our Joomla and FTP details.

REMOVED BY MOD
(we couldn't attach thesde details in a text file, since it's not allowed).

The issue has been happening since the beginning of installing and setting the template, but by deleting cache memory has been fine until now.

The modules that should be appearing are as follow: 111, 113, 114, 120, 125 and 128 so far.

Please, let us know if you need any other detail.

Do a backup of site before installing latest version.

And thanks for the packages, but we do have the same problem so far. We cleaned caché and nothing changed.

Try this
1.take back of folder local > etc > Layout folder.

Now open this folder backup > etc > layout
i copied the folder that has json layout files
and replace them in the local > etc > Layout

I don't think we get what you mean. We can't find any json folder anywhere in the template folder ja_campaign.

Kindly check carefully
Inside template folder you will see this path : /backup/etc/layout
Copy the layout folder and replace it with folder in the
local/etc/local

do a backup of local folder before doing this step.

It will be done via FTP. I tried to check but FTP login not working

We replaced the folder as you said and we can't see any change in the front-end 😢

Please, for the FTP details, try to login in passive mode and see if that works. This is how we have it set up.

Give me a shout if you can't login.

I deleted the foot nav section from layout and created it again..
The module is showing fine now.
If any other module position has same issue just delete it and re create.

Could you please send us the steps to follow so we can have the modules that disappeared? We are not sure we understood your words in the previous message.

I do not how you replicated this issue on your site.
I just deleted the position and re created them again and its fixed.

We do replicate the module that can't be seen, in Extensions->Modules (back-end), and publish and we clear caché. We don't see any changes.

We don't understant your steps. We don't get if you work in the back-end or through code.

Apart from that, the modules you have recreated don't have the title and we do publish them in the module (like in the originals). There's no way we can't make it publish.

Could you help us, please?

Kindly open the Module position and set the style as xhtml and re save it.
It will show again.

These are the modules we can't show: content-mass-bot and footnav-2. See if you can make them appear, please.

Kindly check the position is showing fine now.
The information menu item access is not public so it will not show without login.
Also the language for these menu item is set to spanish. Once it set public and language all it will show to all users.

Thanks Pankaj, but we don't get what you explain.

The footnav-2 position is still missing and it's set up like the rest of positions in the footer (public and All languages). The main language is Spanish and it's the only one for this project. That's why it doesn't matter if we set up to All languages or just Spanish because there's only one language in the website.

We don't understand how this template works and why all these issues 😢

And all menu items of this menu are used for spanish and not public.
