Template style not getting applied to article

Hi. I have using JA Tour style as default to all the pages. Using T4 page builder article module, I have created blog page at https://gramjoom.joomla.com/index.php/blogs.
When I open any blog, styles (colors, containers margins etc) are not reflected in the opened blog (e.g. https://gramjoom.joomla.com/index.php/blogs-2/2-women-farming-mandi). Could you please let me know why it is happening? What have I done wrong?
Also, I am not sure how can I enable modules on individual article pages.,... (section-8 is the position for POWR comments.) I don't know how to assign them on the menu...

It relates to the layout of that page, it's fluid layout.

I tried to set to Fixed layout but I don't see it reflects on frontend, is there cache settings on your server side?

saguaros I have disabled the cache on my site as it is not launched.
Also, I don't want any other pages to have fixed container as I am manging it using T4 page builder. I want to apply container only to individual articles (e.g. https://gramjoom.joomla.com/index.php/blogs-2/1-efficient-post-harvest-management) ) (as the article view is auto generated). I have applied corlor pallet gramheet2 to this main body section. But the colors that actually reflect are different.

Also, I do not see where are the settings for enabling modules on individual blog pages. (e.g. https://gramjoom.joomla.com/index.php/blogs-2/1-efficient-post-harvest-management)

T4 framework supports option to select sub-layout for article view. For example, on category blog view of blog page, you can assign 'blog' layout and in sub-layout settings, you select another layout so article view will has that layout.
