Good morning,
I would need your possible support because the T4 Framework template does not render the html page with a component (Simple Social Media Stream).
I wanted to know if there was a solution on this.
Software:
Linux system
PHP 7.1.33
Joomla! 3.9.12 Stable
DB Mysql 5.5.62-38.14-log
With the Protostar template it works with the component.
Problem and conditions:
0 - I access my website http://www.bggrafica.com/00-LAB/test/test-site/
1 - I access my joomla site backend http://www.bggrafica.com/00-LAB/test/test-site/administrator
2 - Setting the Simple Social Media Stream component
3 - View the frontend page and everything works [img-01]
4 - Change template and use T4 Template Blank - Default [img-02]
5 - Reload the frontend page and the html rendering does not take place [img-03] White page of death :-(
6 - I realized that by testing the T4 Template Blank - Default it works if the component is disabled in:
components / Simple Social Media Stream / Streams / bg [click] [img-04]
In the tab disable Thumbnail (View thumbnail - if available) and save [img-05]
7 - reload the frontend with T4 Template Blank - Default and load the page [img-06]
8 - otherwise rendering html page block if Thumbnail (Preview - if available) is enabled.
Do you have any idea what that might be? I wish I could see the Thumbnails.
I have not been able to find a solution.
I can provide access to the backend.
and if necessary through "Tiny File Manager" provide you with access to the files.
