Hello, we are working on the JA Blockk template and having some difficulties with the "additional user profile fields" no showing on the User Profile. We've enable the plugins and the template is up to date.
mengler12 Hi Is the Additional user fields showing with standard Joomla templates like Protostar? If yes kindly submit the site credentials in edit fields options for staff : http://prntscr.com/15427pm If the fields not working with any template it could be issue in your Joomla or the configurations is not correct.

mengler12 Hi You can follow this doc to use T4 own Author Feature : https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/t4-framework/author-page-settings In Joomla it will show the same as you have in standard Protostar.

mengler12 Hi mengler12 This issue is not from the our template If your plugin is not working with default Joomla template Protostar it can be problem from the plugin itself. You can set the default template to protostar and check the page . Both are showing same. Also the subbmit login is not working. You can let me know the page URL with default Joomla template where its working and not with JA Blockk.
