Mainbody Component

Hello,

i was working with the template style "HOME". I realized that i cannot use for example the Contactform from Joomla or the Joomla Articles without having having a component called "mainbody" . I did it and i could open the Components ( Articles and Contact) from joomla.

Now i have in the Template Style a big free space which appears from the mainbody ( as seen on the screen)
How can i take this white space off!

You can use 2 different template styles.
1 for Home page that does not use Mainbody and other for all pages.
I created them for you and assigned them http://prntscr.com/1544y83
