Registered users has double menu -in off-canvas and near end website. I created user account for you
maxer7 Hi Do you refer to the Design view before and after login in offcavnas ? The Menu items are same in both the views. Kindly share the exact issue and upgrade the user permission to super user.

Still the login not working for backend and the admin page shows 403 error. Kindly check.
After login I has double main menu near the end site. Template and everything is the same as guests and after login. I cant get you admin access.
{solved} I gave you access only to frontend. Admin panei is protected. When I disabled main menu,this double menu disappear too.[upl-image-preview Off canvas is double - I remove 'off-canvas' section in Layout settings
