The menu does not work well when adding a form

This problem already appeared to me days ago in another domain with the same template.
You solved it by adding "jquery.min.js file to exclude from compression".
I don't know how to do that.
Please can you fix it in this domain ?.
It occurs when there is a form within the same page that is being visited, then the menu overlaps without working properly. (in the administrator it works perfectly)

No, when scrolling it doesn't work, the menu stays fixed, it doesn't work like in the demo.

Here if they solved it, the problem appears when a contact form is present, it is what causes the problem, apparently.

Please check again on this thread i requested to update the template but its still not updated on your site.

PS : If there is custom work on template core files, kindly do backup of changes before updating it.
