Hello,
We bought a template from you and we have a problem on the mega menu, we do not have the hand to change because the part of the configuration is hidden.
we haven't the configuration like this

I can see you installed not a joomlart template , so this should be investigated directly on your website , please other than ftp account share also ( editing your post ) a super user account for your backend so we can access and investigate.

This is not a joomlart template but it is a custom template built on our free T3 Framework , for any problem since it is a custom template you should refer to the developer at this url https://themeforest.net/user/jthemeparrot for any issue you are having on it.

Anyway i looked at it and i cannot find any problem as you can see from my image below
