I'm getting the following error when I click on "Agents" from top level navigation. I didn't change anything. That's how it was when I installed the Quick Start package. How do I fix this?

azzaya Hi As a part of debug kindly download latest version of the template and install it on your site. Let me know if it remain same. Do backup of custom changes before updating the template.
Ninja Hi Pankaj. I ran a full backup using Akeeba and then tried to update the template but got this error. Any ideas?
azzaya Hi The Joomla updates only for notifications Kindly use JAEM or directly download and install the latest version of the template.
Ninja I tried using JAEM and it said there are no updates?
azzaya Hi The issue is fixed on your site. Kindly check it now. Changed file : file "/html/com_contact/category/default_items.php" in template "ja_property".
