Megamenu Save Button Not Working

Hello - I'm unable to save my changes in the Megamenu config page. I tried to hide sub-menus and I clicked "Save" but nothing happens and my changes aren't saved.

You site is in offline mode and you checking it with super user login
It means special access So the changes in the Megamenu should be done for special user access too http://prntscr.com/1617noj

Ninja Hi Pankaj, thank you for your patience with me. I know I have a lot of questions 🙂

I changed it to "Special" and turned off submenu for Home button but it still won't let me save. When I click on the Save button nothing happens. I'm not sure what to do.

Ninja Hi Pankaj, OK I updated the template version but I'm still unable to save any changes to the megamenu configuration. For example, I tried to turn off submenu for "Home". When I click "Save" the button doesn't work, nothing happens.

have you checked this, this is the issue on your site, i checked same in new install and there is no issue.

Ninja The issue is resolved. Basically, I had PHP 8.0 and had to roll back to v7.4 in order for it to work. I don't know why, but at least it works now 🙂

We are in process to update the template for PHP 8 .
I checked with PHP 8 as well and no issue, on your site there is permission issue when you save 500 error from server.
