ja-Artsy and FoxContact

I'm working with ja-Artsy and FoxContact and when I put a upload buton of fox contat this buton don't work and the iles don't upload to my site, but if I work with another template like Beez2 it works perfect.
Do you know whats hapendd and how i cant solve it?

On protostar there is no compression and in current template the css is compression because this extension does not have any css file path it does not included in compression.
I disabled it and its working fine now : http://prntscr.com/16o9zxc
