I view your site in Safari but it still looks fine with the background, the same with Chrome/Firefox.
did you check it on Apple iPhone ? there is a problem on the iphone
In order to have that background image move, you need to use 'background-attachment:fixed;' property. However, iOS doesn't support this unfortunately: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/99883
