T4 Page Builder with JA PRO subscription cannot access PRO page library bundles

We have JA PRO subscription. We have logged in the T4 PageBuilder. The login show the member expiry date -> next year.
Version : 1.1.7 => this is latest version.

when we edit a new page and select the page library, we can see the lock an PRO icon on the page bundle.

Question:
With the JA PRO subscription we am guessing that we can apply the PRO page library bundles. However when selected it say that we do not have permission. We can apply the free page bundles.

Please confirm if there is some other purchase option required?

If the answer is no, please advise how we can correct this.

With JA PRO subscription, you can access JoomlArt's templates and JA Page Builder.

In order to have access to T4 Page Builder (our new builder and it's different from JA Page Builder), you need to have, at least, T4 Builder Pro membership: https://www.joomlart.com/pricing#jabuilder

Or you can upgrade to Developer / Ultimate Developer to have access to all of our products including both T4 Builder & JA Builder.
