Hi, after install t3 framework 2.7.7 in clean install of joomla 3.9.27 the site offline and send:

Call to undefined function str_split_unicode()

Any ideas

Can you submit the temp super user login details in edit fields option.
I need to review your site, it can be error due current PHP version or 3rd party extension that not ready for current PHP version on your server.

I just tried to download + install the same version of T3 framework + T3 Blank template but could not see any issue.

That error indicates that there is issue with PHP version of your site, maybe one of the 3rd party extensions on your site is outdated and not compatible with PHP version.

You can try to scan extensions on your site and temporarily disable them to see how it goes.
