I am using GK fit qiuckstart, I get the following warning on the home page:
Warning JFile: :read: Unable to open file: ..../code.ionicframework.com/ionicons/2.0.1/css/ionicons.min.css I am also I'm missing the icons.
How can I resolve this?

The URL of ionicons seems not be correct, could you share the admin account so I can check?
