We have an instagram feed from powr.io on this page: https://www.niallleavy.com/ HI, Not sure if this is a bug but a weird one anyway :-) The site is joomla 3.9.26 with New Lifestyle template. When we include that the picture at the bottom of the page "View my Artstore" it does not appear properly. The picture is displayed from an article via a zentoold module with Grid layout. This works on desktop sometimes but never on iphone in portrait mode. Weirdly when the i[hone is flipped sideways into landscape mode and back again the picture appears.
mdebuitlear The issue is linked to the Instagram feed in that it only happens when the instagram feed is include in the page. I have tried everything!
Hi mdebuitlear
Could you share screenshot highlighting the issue so I can help?
The desktop has the picture (I have put a yellow tick on it). The mobile does not. both are the homepage of the website (URL = https://www.niallleavy.com/).
On small screen like mobile, it will not show 3 items per row like desktop, could you tell me how it should be?
And could you share the admin account also?
Hi, The problem on the iphone is the bottom picture "view my Artstore" not appearing which is a seperate module from the instagram feed. What is the best secure way to share the admin login?
Regards, Ciaran.
I have given the admin information in the suitable place.
The issue is that this picture appears on most devices but NOT on phone in portrait mode. This is displayed by module "view artstore zentools"
mdebuitlear
Do you mean this?
saguaros Well yes :-) That image does not appear on my iphone and several other mobile devices in portrait mode. I have cleared my cache like this: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/clear-the-safari-cache-on-your-iphone/
Look :-)
As I can see that module is assigned to another page: https://www.niallleavy.com/index.php/template-features-2 and you can see it's showing properly on mobile.
It means that one of modules on homepage caused the issue. Could you temporarily disable one by one module on homepage to find out which one caused this?
HI, Yes I already did that and it is the instagram feed (my first comment above)...
It seems that the module 'Order Prints' in 'grid9' position causes the issue, let me check and will get back to you.
