You can add this code in custom css to increase the logo size
.navbar-brand.logo-control img.logo-img {
max-height: 76px;
}
For change the colors you can select a different Pallet from the Layout options > edit layout > header > Pallets.

You can also create own Pallet colors under Theme tab.
