CSS modifications

Hi,
How to the best way to modify styles in Simpli template? For example, I tried to add a "no-repeat" formula to background picture in the header, but with no result. In which directory is the file to be modified? Is this custom-styles.tpl?

You can create and add a custom.css file in this folder templates/ja_simpli/css/ then add all your custom settings to it.

Please add your custom css code into /templates/your_template_name/css/custom.css (create this file if it's not visible).

Thank you for the quick response (even from two mods 😉. I know this option with the custom.css file. However, is it possible that this file not working, i.e. any css parameters into file do not affect on page elements?

If you add correctly the css code it will work for sure.

is key to success 🙂 Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but I had a long break in webdesign and in the meantime "less" and CSS3 appeared... Thank you for your support, the problem has been resolved.
