create my own header block?

Im using the free version and the DOcumention gives an example of how to use the HEADER BLOCK to make a mega menu item or making a block you put into the HEADER position.

This is not allowed in the free version.
Isnt it possible for me to just create a block of my own using the elements manager or someting?
Couldnt i place any block i create into the HEADER position?

The available header blocks are for PRO version only.

A block includes different elements so you can create your own block but it would take time as it relates to code/style.

You can put any block into the position of header and add the elements you wish for that block there.
