Custom CSS Won't Show Up

Hello - I'm having an issue where I update the Custom css file and the changes are not showing up on the site. What am I missing?

The text is currently green and I want to change it to black and also decrease the size from 30px to 25

This is Chrome Inspector after I changed it there to see how it should look

here is the custom css I updated

Any ideas why my updates don't show up? Even after I save the updates to the custom css file the text is still green and 30px. It appears in mobile, but not the browser. I've cleared cache and still seeing the old edits. Anything you recommend I do?

Ninja That's weird. I deleted my cache multiple times and it still didn't work, but I see the edits now. I don't know why I see it now but didn't see it before even though I force cleared my cache. Other than the normal way to clear cache, is there a better way to do it in Chrome?

If you have system page cache enabled with browser cache. It will be cached.
You check in Private tab to see the latest changes to clear the cache.
