Hi there!

We found an issue with the JA Payment Gateway plugin (version 1.1.6).

With the plugin we connected Mollie in test-mode.

While testing, we found out:

  • When I choose the option 'Succes' it works just fine. We are being redirected back to to the site from Mollie and the test payment is being processed.

  • However, when we simulate some other payment status, like canceled or failed, we are not redirected to the site but encounter a gateway-error. It looks like these 'unsuccesful' payment options are not correctly configured in the plugin.

Please can you try to simulate this on your end and let me know.

(ps. I searched for this plugin in your downloads section, to check if a new version was available, but can't find it!)

    Where can I find the change log for both new versions?
    I want to determine on beforehand if these new versions have a fix to this issue.

      Let me check with our developer on this first, it looks like there are some changes in Mollie payment gateway.

      Could you share the login info of your site?

      Updated: We checked at our end but when selecting 'Failed', 'Cancelled', it still shows correctly. We don't experience any gateway error.

        Good to know you don't have issues. But we do have them. :-)

        Please let me know what versions of software you are testing on.

          I understood you would check this with your developer, to learn if these issues were indeed present in the payment plugin and fixed in the newest plugin.

          Now I don't know if our issues are caused by the previous plugin we are using, of by some unknown other cause.

          So again, would you please check if these specific Mollie issues are known and fixed by the developer?

            We just tested with latest version when you raised this issue but it worked, do you have test / staging site so we can check issue on your site?
