Can't create user profile

hello i manualy installed the template in a working website.
I also used k2 to com migrator and worked perfect (migrate 3k articles)
I managed to do most of the changes and the template works as expected.
But i can't create users profile. i don't see the extra fields.

Also in menu items i can't find authors listing page

Allow User Registration is OFF on your site.
Kindly Turn it ON to allow new user registration from User options : http://prntscr.com/18momkm
Author Setting will work with Joomla user profile.

I think it worked when i used the template as the default template for the website! Everything works great now

Yes you have to use the template as default to use the extra features.
