Module inputs are not updated

I do not understand why it does not update the entries, I mean, the entries in the modules "Collections plus Views" and "Galleries most viewed" are not modified, it always shows the same order in the articles because the visits to each page do not add up to change and update the order.
I also came up with a module that I want to put articles at random and it doesn't always show the same article.
It does not matter how many times a page is visited, it does NOT change the number of "views" in the Backend

There is no Module found with the same you added in first post.
Kindly give me module ID. If the order is not set Hits it will not work.
Make sure the Article order in the module is set for Hits.

The module "Lo más visto en COLECCIONES" ID 109, is configured "Hits" but it always shows the same order.
The same happens with the module "Lo más visto en MULTIMEDIA" ID 169.
There is also the module "Te puede interesar" ID 171, configured with "Random" and it always shows the same article.
It seems to me that you are not adding up the number of views in the articles (in the backend).

On the other hand, it is logical that it is not correct that "Oro" or "Simbiosis" do not have visualizations. There is something wrong or wrong.
What about the other two modules?
It always shows the same order.

When you set order Via Hits in Desc order it is correct. you Can check the Articles category Module with default layout on Joomla template like Protostar the result will be same.
In screenshot i shared the order via Hits Please check carefully to understand the working of Joomla modules.
