Dear support, I put this post with the wrong TAG since it is not possible to put it with a single "Jomsocial" tag. I really cannot understand why
I'm unable to upload videos on my Jomsocial account: it says that "the video is being processed", but then it gets stuck.
From the backend (Jomsocial -> videos), I can see and reproduce the video, but it has no thumbnail.
I see in the FTP folder that the file is being uploaded into the "originalvideos" folder, but then nothing happens and it fails to elaborate it and move it to "videos" folder.
I see no error in the cPanel log.
To have a better test, I reverted to Protostar template and JomSocial basic theme.
What could it be. The provider already activated the FFMPEG and gave me the path to put in the settings.
